Our clients approached us as they were going through purchasing the site. The site had extant planning approval for four new houses. We reviewed the design to maximise the potential and moved the project through the necessary additional planning applications to add valuable spaces.

We then successfully took the project through compliance with building regulations, tendering to contractors and consultancy during the site works. Careful consideration was given to the material for high-end units.

Lastly, we are replacing the entrance gates to give more privacy to the front area of the garden and the new sitting area / patio space outside the new Kitchen/ Dining Room.
