Bradgate extension to 1920s detached house

Bradgate is an elegant 1920s four bedroom detached house set at the edge of woodlands outside old Beaconsfield. The house sits on a large site and, when Mr and Mrs Gray approached the house, was as originally designed and in need of repair. Many of the house features were intact as the site is on green belt area. We have been asked to maximise the size of the house by extending towards the front and sides to provide a modern Kitchen/ Family Room, a double height Hallway and Stairs and Gallery and a Play Room/Cinema. The first floor was to be fully rearranged and the roof void to be converted.
