Location: Brighton Road, Subriton

The site was a vacant shop unit with rear access situated in a High Street location in Surbiton. The floors above were flats in use. We worked on the scheme design to add a two-bedroom residential unit with independent rear access. We succeeded in gaining planning permission and project through compliance with building regulations, tendering to contractors and providing consultancy during the site works.
