This a Georgian style three storey terraced town house with a basement and mezzanine floor. There is a shop unit at ground floor and basement towards the front. The site is a Grade II listed building located within the town’s conservation area.

There is no rear garden or courtyard; however there is an open public area towards the rear onto which you have a right of light.

Works have commenced on site. Building Control have been visiting and the current plans and structural calculations have been approved.

We reviewed the internal layout to all floors and produced a detailed design including the staircases and bathrooms at all levels, kitchen, utility area and toilet. We reviewed the allocation of floor area to the shop in order to maximise the house area at basement and ground floor as much as possible.
